Video made for a client with apartments facing Praia do Tombo, in Guarujá, São Paulo, Brazil - via LOFT real estate manager. Among the client's requirements were showing the proximity of the building to the sea and the beach, the wide vegetation around it and the proximity to the main beach, in order to sell the units more quickly. The customer sold two of his units in just 4 weeks after the video was released on its sales portals.
Demo Video - Land in Capitólio, MG.
Video made for a client with 50 hectares of land, on the outskirts of Capitólio, Minas Gerais. We identified the five waterfalls and the rich vegetation as the main selling point. After the delivery of the video and its dissemination in different channels and points of sale, the customer in question successfully sold the land, with a value 15% higher than previously disclosed.

Who flies the drone?
UltraBird has a network of qualified drone operators in Brazil and the Netherlands who are trained to fly efficiently, safely and quickly. All pilots are registered with the RDW. Our pilots are also evaluated and tested for professionalism and quality.
What is included in the service?
Depending on the package requested, we provide high resolution aerial images, Ultra-HD video clips and edited marketing videos of your commercial property. We have insurance against accidents and other unforeseen circumstances. All aerial photography of drones are yours to use however you want.
How long does it leverage?
As soon as your order is received, we will contact you immediately. UltraBird will visit and fly to the requested location within a few days (subject to good weather). After the flight, allow two additional business days for air marketing packages and three to five business days for edited marketing videos. Placing an order takes just a few minutes on our website!
